You know certainly the PUPPY LINUX ditribution. this is an ultra ligh and fast linux distribution.
Now there is a very good new. Gambas 2 work on it and run perfectly.

I use gambas 2 on puppy linux while two weeks and this is very fast, and easy to practice. Sqlite database work perfectly. But one point, qt librairy is very poor, and not beautifull. That's why I customize my qt librairy.
Decompress this file nammed qtr  this file qtrc in the user directory :
 /home/user/.qt/ et and restart Gambas.

ASRIledu,
Gambas 2 fonctionne parfaitement sur TOUTOU Linux. Je t'invite à l'insérer par défaut dans la nouvelle version de toutou Linux édu.
Cela attirera sans doute de nouveaux adeptes de linux. Je t'ai répondu par mail.

Bonjour,

Un internaute vient de me parler des applications Gambas (que je ne connaissais pas).
En visitant votre site, je découvre qu'il est possible de les utiliser avec Puppy/Toutou. C'est là une excellente nouvelle !
Je prépare actuellement la prochaine version ludo-éducative d'ASRI Edu (basée sur Puppy Lucid 525). Il me semblerait pertinent de proposer des paquets Gambas basés sur les logiciels éducatifs/jeux que vous proposés.
Je vais commencer les tests dès ce soir.
