Difference beetween label and Texlabel

In the Gambas IDE toolbox, you have two widget who like the same: LABEL and TEXTLABEL. But, what is the difference ?
Simply, LABEL is a widget to write text and TEXTLABEL is a widget to write RICH text with HTML balises.
